MATOVO / For Builders & Partners

Your expertise.
A shared next chapter.

Work with MATOVO to define a consent-based collection pilot that respects workers and the realities of an active site.

01

Scope the work together

Identify the general contractor, site controller, subcontractor and worker representatives. Agree work zones, permitted times, device mounting, exclusion areas and the three-process starting scope before mobilization.

02

Worker choice comes first

Explain what is collected, why, who can access it and how concerns can be raised. Obtain documented informed authorization; participation and withdrawal arrangements must be clear and locally reviewed.

03

Agree compensation transparently

Pilot participation compensation, payment timing and any equipment burden should be agreed in writing. No public wage estimate or unverified daily-rate model is used as a recruitment promise.

04

Give the site something useful

Co-design reviewed workflow, safety-observation and quality-traceability reports. Expand into other trades only with new scope, permission and data-rights review.
