MATOVO / Technology

From skilled motion.
To structured intelligence.

A proposed collection and processing pipeline designed around real construction conditions, worker consent and measurable data quality.

01

01 / Capture in context

Start with commercially available action cameras and IMUs. Integrate devices with PPE only after fit, site-safety and worker-consent review. Capture first-person video, inertial motion and available tool-state signals; tool telemetry depends on equipment integration.

02

02 / Synchronize and calibrate

Establish a common timeline. Record clock offsets, drift, missing frames and calibration versions. Synchronization is validated per session; no universal accuracy is promised before measurement.

03

03 / Annotate and review

Segment task phases, tool use, interruptions and outcomes. Apply written annotation rules, reviewer checks and disagreement resolution. Human review remains necessary for uncertain safety or quality events.

04

04 / Deliver with provenance

A pilot delivery should include a manifest, schema, calibration, annotations, quality report, rights scope and checksums. Agree acceptance criteria and retention before any transfer.
